The United States Marshals were created and signed into law (Judiciary Act of 1798) by President George Washington during the first session of the United States Congress on September 24th, 1789. The United States Marshals are responsible for apprehending wanted fugitives, providing protection for the Kamassa Judiciary, transporting prisoners, protecting endangered witnesses, and any other duties appointed to them by the State of Kamassa and the United States Government. It is currently run by United States Marshal William Graves by presidential appointment.
The Saint Denis Police Department (SDPD) is the sole local law enforcement agency of the City of Saint Denis. It was founded in 1796, becoming highly militarized during it's early years compared to other police departments of the era. The SDPD follows a modern organizational structure, led by Chief of Police Robert Jean-Baptiste.
The Kamassa State Senate comprises of the leadership of every county in the State of Kamassa, led by the President of the Senate.

Guarma Respect..
Welcome to Guarma, a volatile and ungoverned island where untapped riches, whispered revolutions, and deadly rivalries churn beneath the tropical canopy. With no established central authority and the collapse of colonial control still echoing through its jungles, Guarma is a land ruled by ambition, blood, and rum.
Conflict is inevitable—power is the prize. However, even in lawless lands, roleplay must remain immersive, structured, and fair. These rules are here to ensure Guarma is dangerous for the right reasons—and not a mindless war zone.
Welcome to RDRP — where ambition, grit, and creativity fuel the frontier.
At RDRP, we empower players to create, grow, and lead immersive stories shaped by realism, effort, and organic roleplay. Every group, every faction, every legacy is earned through genuine involvement, not handed out through OOC favoritism or whitelists.
Note: Reach Guarma by Steam Powered Vessels at the Guarma Point to the Northeast of Annesburg.
“She is paradise dusted in powder, soaked in rum, and ruled by the barrel.”
Take to the waters with the Boats System, a fully functional script that lets players buy boats, deliver goods, and travel across the map by water.
Key Features:
Choose from 6 different types of boats, each with unique speed, size, and cargo capacity.
Use boats to transport items, conduct river trade, or explore hard-to-reach areas.
Purchase Locations:
🛶 Saint Denis Boat Co.
🛶 Annesburg Boat Co.
The Trading System is a simple, non-intrusive, and user-friendly way to exchange goods with other players.
How it works:
Open your inventory and click on the Trade button.
A list of nearby players will appear—select who you want to trade with.
You can swap money, gold, and a wide range of items like tools, food, materials, and more.
It’s a quick and immersive way to barter, make deals, or help out fellow travelers on the frontier.
Guarma is a lush, volcanic island nestled in the heart of the Caribbean, a land as brutal as it is beautiful. Technically under the vague jurisdiction of the Spanish Crown and known historically as a colonial sugar port, the island has evolved far beyond its roots. In the world of Red Dead Roleplay, Guarma is no longer just a backdrop—it's a breathing, bleeding frontier of opportunity, corruption, and revolution.
Once a jewel exploited by European empires, Guarma now stands at the precipice of a new age. It is a hotbed of commerce, a battleground of ideals, and a playground for the ambitious. From the towering sugar cane fields to the echoing halls of rum distilleries and the secret trails that ferry powdered contraband, Guarma is a land where fortune—and power—await the bold.
Guarma’s value is carved directly from its earth. Its volcanic soil and humid climate make it one of the most fertile and bountiful locations in the Caribbean. The island has emerged as an indispensable trade hub in the hemisphere, fueling demand for both legitimate and illicit goods.
Sugar Cane – The island’s lifeblood. Grown in vast plantations, it powers both the legal trade and the booming rum industry.
Guarman Rum – Considered some of the finest in the world, distilled in techniques handed down from colonial bootleggers. Aged in exotic woods, exported in barrels stamped with the seal of La Corona or independent estates.
Guarman Rum can be destilled by combining Sugarcane, water, and yeast within a Rum Still.
Bananas – A staple export, cultivated year-round. Though less glamorous, they’re essential to the Guarman economy.
Cacao – Used to make rare, dark Guarman chocolate. A favorite of European aristocracy.
Cacao seeds are also used in the production of Erythroxyline, also known as Cocaine.
You will need to learn how to produce Cocaine by reading the prompts and investigating its manufacturing steps.
Exotic Hardwoods – Mahogany, Teak, and Rosewood are harvested and shipped to New Bordeaux, Saint Denis, and beyond. Often the cause of deforestation conflicts with indigenous locals.
Note: Mahogany and Teak are future updates to the crafting system.
Erythroxyline ("Cocaine") – The island’s worst-kept secret. Cocao is grown in clandestine highland groves, processed into Erythroxyline in jungle labs, and smuggled via corrupt port agents. The trade in white powder funds everything from rebel militias to lavish haciendas.
Erythroxyline is illegal in the U.S. unless you obtain a Doctors Permit, or Manufacturing Permit that has approved use of the commodity (Coca-Cola)
Guarma is politically undefined—and dangerously so. With no formal government, the island operates in a strange limbo between colonial legacy, self-rule, and emerging foreign influence.
No Central Authority – While the shadow of Spanish rule still looms, enforcement is nonexistent. The void has led to a loose patchwork of plantation families, warlords, merchants, and revolutionaries vying for influence.
Rising Figures (Open Opportunity) – A few charismatic figures have begun to gain traction, some with U.S. backing, others with militia might. Names like Don Rafael Varona and La Generala Ysabel de los Santos are whispered in taverns and trading posts.
U.S. Trade Influence – With the growing American appetite for Guarman goods—particularly rum, wood, and more questionable exports—the U.S. has begun deploying trade envoys, security agents, and private contractors. Rumors swirl of eventual annexation or protectorate status.
Militias & Cartels – Small rebel armies, ex-soldiers, and organized traffickers control large swaths of jungle interior. Their allegiance is always for sale.
Pre-Colonial Times – Home to the Tainó people, who once lived in harmony with the island’s jungles and coasts. Their culture now survives only in ruins, oral tradition, and the occasional bloodline.
Spanish Exploitation (1500s–1800s) – Colonized and transformed into a plantation state. Tens of thousands of slaves were imported. Sugarcane, rum, and human misery defined the era.
The La Corona Rebellion (Late 1800s) – The most infamous labor uprising in Guarman history, crushed brutally by colonial forces. Its remnants fuel modern revolutionary rhetoric.
RDR2 Era (1899) – As witnessed by Dutch Van der Linde’s gang, Guarma remains a land of turmoil, with bloody conflicts between the military and rebels. The Aguado family and Fusar’s regime once ruled brutally. That legacy lingers.
Modern Roleplay Era – The post-Fusar vacuum has not been filled. Opportunists flood in. Power is there for the taking. The island awaits its first Gobernador.
Remember. Here at Red Dead Roleplay you do not need to wait for someone random guy with an admin tag to scrutinize and approve your ability to execute. With that being said, Guarma is an blank canvas and will remain a dynmically changing part of our servers lore. All we require is that you focus on building your Guarman story from the ground up!
Here are a few ideas for your success on the tropical island:
Merchant Tycoons – Rise as a trade magnate: rum, cacao, timber, or powder. Control the docks, bribe the local government (If there is one), and drown in riches.
Revolutionary Leaders – Lead a militia, preach independence, or wage jungle warfare to “liberate” Guarma from foreign hands.
U.S. Agent or Ambassador – Represent the interests of Washington, buying loyalty or laying the groundwork for colonization.
Cartel Lords – Own the erythroxyline trade, from field to port. Maintain labs, fund fighters, and execute rivals.
Native Heir – A descendant of the Tainó, fighting to reclaim the jungle and expel all invaders—new and old.
Guarma is a paradise lost—and perhaps found again. Its jungles throb with heat, sweat, and opportunity. For those willing to brave its dangers, it offers the riches of kings and the power of nations. But beware: in Guarma, every gift is poisoned, every ally is armed, and every throne is built on a corpse.
At RDRP, we believe roleplay should be driven by players, not controlled by administrators. You are the authors of your own stories — and our Faction Support System is here to help you bring those stories to life.
No gatekeeping. No favoritism. If you have a vision grounded in realism, we’ll support you in building it.
Whether you're forming an outlaw gang, merchant company, settler group, or law-abiding society, you don’t need permission—only passion, a little elbow grease, and a faction thread that tracks your members and showcases your progress!
The only requirement: You must create a faction thread and maintain an up-to-date list of your members’ Discord usernames.
Our lore is built around a unique, fictional American frontier — not tied to any real-world location. This means our territories, governments, and organizations are original in either their creation, or meaning, offering players unmatched creative freedom without needing to conform to real-life cities or historic restrictions.
While creativity is encouraged, it must be grounded in realism for 1899-esqe America. If your concept doesn’t quite fit, that’s okay — our team will work with you to adjust and align your vision with the server’s standards.
Your success won’t come from OOC connections or admin handouts. It will come from learning the systems, networking with other players, building alliances, and competing smartly.
Example: Rising to become the top outlaw gang will take time — mastering bootlegging, securing smuggling routes, gathering resources, and maneuvering through rival factions and law enforcement. No one hands you the crown. You take it through planning, politics, and persistence.
Example: Replicating the Pinkertons — Do not ask to be handed the heroic (yet controversial) title of a Pinkerton agency. Instead, build a team of private investigators and carry out the roleplay as if you were the founding team on day 1. You have free range to become a self proclaimed detective, however you will have to politic and earn your acknowledgement as a Pinkerton level group.
We have no patience for "admin clans" or OOC favoritism. Here, every group must compete, earn, and endure to thrive. We are not interested in your reasoning as to why you should be simply handed a concept in its mature state — We only see this as laziness and a tell-tell sign that you are not capable of producing that roleplay in its infancy.
Most of our senior leadership have built massive factions for over 2 decades - And the most notable ones did so organically. Trust, it is the most enjoyable way to do things, and makes things so much original!
Rome was not built over night - And it damn sure wasn't spawned in.
Players are free to start any faction, group, or business without prior approval, as long as the concept fits the American frontier and time period and they are "Introductionary".. You cannot start a law enforcement group, or an Oil Conglomerate on day one and expect us to provide you assets and money to do so. Everything must be obtained organically.
In essense.. EVERYONE starts their journey with the $200 in their pocket and BUILDS their concepts into viable and thriving functions of the server. We provide proper economic trees and progression to do that.
We’ll mentor those who struggle to ensure everyone has a fair shot at success.
All factions must be realistic for 1899 America. Far-fetched concepts (e.g., fantasy magic clans or sci-fi bounty hunters) won't be allowed. Obviously.
Factions must grow naturally by engaging in RDRP’s progression systems — businesses, illegal activities, trade networks, farming, product lines, resource gathering, etc. There are no shortcuts. Every advantage must be earned through real roleplay. We can facilitate ANY script addition or perks for a group/faction, however we expect you to show us why you earned it — Not write it in a whitelist application.
Success comes from using the systems we've created — not just roleplaying in isolation. Building weapons, distilling spirits, producing goods — all require parts from multiple systems and collaboration with the communities and towns at large.
No one person can do it all alone. The best factions will build networks and economies to rise to power.
Factions that grow powerful must expect IC consequences. If you build a criminal empire, law enforcement or rival factions will come after you.
Seizures: If you gain luxurious properties (like large ranches, steamships, etc.) through illegal means without properly laundering or hiding them, they may be seized during investigations.
Capital Punishment: If your group's first response to conflict is violence, be prepared for real consequences—including trials and executions.
We are a risk vs. reward server: You can make succeed easily through illegal schemes, but you can lose it all just as easily.
While our setting is unique, factions must respect the established lore and tone of the world — staying within the frontier theme of the late 19th century.
Admins do not pick winners and losers. Once again - We are an organic growth roleplay community. If you ever feel bias is affecting your faction, our open-door policy allows you to escalate concerns directly to @Banjo.
Conflict between factions is expected — but it must stay in-character. No OOC harassment, griefing, or toxicity.
Faction "wars" must be approved by management.
Before any war is authorized, factions must attempt diplomacy — splitting territory, negotiating trade deals, or otherwise resolving the dispute.
If diplomacy fails, a "War Review" can take place once the details and buildup has been reviewed by management, approving the initiatian of "war".
Both sides submit a list of three ranking members (starting with the leader/Boss).
Character Kills (CKs) are on the table for ranking members if killed during war.
Terms for ending the war must be documented and agreed upon before hostilities begin.
War Ends When:
Two out of three ranking members from a faction have been CK’d, OR
The Boss is CK’d
Both parties agree to peace terms.
PLEASE NOTE. If a war is Commenced, the "Boss/leaders" will NOT be permitted to use alts for the duration of the war. Doing so will result in a CK due to disease as punishment.
Losing factions may face sanctions — loss of key properties, trade rights, or status within the server - as outlined by the dynamic of each war and loss of territory.
At RDRP, we don’t hand out crowns. We give you the world—and the tools—to build your own kingdom, forge your own legend, and carve your own path through grit, roleplay, and immersion.

Guarma is a high-stakes, high-reward environment where factions will clash over land, influence, and resources. Escalation is expected, but it must make sense in-character (IC). No random aggression.
Before initiating violence (e.g., ambushes, kidnappings, or raids), there must be clear in-character reasoning. Not every disagreement needs to end in bloodshed—develop rivalries through tension and drama, not senseless murder.
While Guarma is more lenient than the mainland with gunplay, it is not a free-for-all. Lethal escalation must follow warnings, negotiations, or provocations. Jumping straight to violence will be considered RDM.
Diplomacy, bribery, blackmail, and power plays are all valid alternatives to gunfire. Faction leaders are encouraged to use soft power to build long-term control instead of just bullets. Over use of violence will be noted in your groups record and bar you from obtaining dynamic leadership roles or server opporunties that are saved for those with healthy and non-violent roleplay lines.
Out-of-character (OOC) issues must never bleed into the roleplay. If there’s a problem, take it to support channels. Do not use RP as a weapon to resolve personal disputes.
Killing without proper IC context is strictly prohibited. Death must always have a foundation in roleplay and progression.
There are designated safe areas on Guarma where hostilities are not allowed unless there’s an active, server-approved plot.
Non-Gunplay Escalation Areas:
Guarma Port (Entry Zone) and merchant docks
50M zone around the port (Town vicinity)
Fist fights may occur, though they must be shrouded in deep roleplay or reason. Meaning, do not say "Oh I cant shoot so I'll just beat people up".. You better have an unarguably good reason before you start chaos in the town.
This rule does not apply when U.S. law enforcement is caught in the Guarman town. Rebels or adverse parties may do as they wish within the safe zones if it involves removing, or capturing a U.S. law enforcement agent within the entire map of Guarma.
🔄 If combat begins outside these zones and spills into them, roleplay should continue uninterrupted. I.E. If you run into a safe zone thinking you are safe after being involved in an altercation in the plantation.. You are not protected by the safe zone rules.
Recognize when it's time to cool down. If a group offers surrender or parley, honor the gesture unless you have legitimate IC reason to ignore it.
Note: This does not apply to law enforcement groups created within Guarma under the Guarman government (If one is to be created through the dynamic territory ruleset)
U.S. Law Enforcement has no legal authority on Guarma. Their presence is strictly forbidden unless explicitly approved by the Senate with the Guarman Governor’s endorsement.
U.S. lawmen caught operating without authorization will be treated as civilians. They can be arrested, enslaved, or worse by Guarma’s ruling powers.
Captured LEOs are at the mercy of local factions. This could lead to imprisonment, labor, or Character Kill (CK) if warranted. Enter Guarma at your own peril.
📜 Federal Law Clause: Unauthorized LEO operations (excluding approved informant-based actions) on Guarma can result in Dereliction of Duty hearings in Kamassa's federal court.
Factions will clash over coca groves, rum distilleries, shipping lanes, and smuggling trails. These fights must be IC motivated—not prearranged OOC events.
Narco factions are encouraged to divide resources diplomatically, claiming one of Guarma’s many industrial zones or jungle coca fields. But beware—greed makes you a target.
🐖 “Pigs get fed. Hogs get slaughtered.” — -- Banjos Proverb
Control over territory (rum stills, coca labs, etc.) is earned in-character. You may tax, protect, or defend your claim—but only through roleplay. Claiming land OOC or without meaningful conflict is not allowed.
Guarma is designed to be dynamic. Expect leadership and control to constantly shift. Do not “lock down” the island. Rise and fall through story and strength—not reliance on admin protections or whitelist security. Guarma is a privilege for all, not a necessity to a few.
If your group captures a rival or rogue LEO, you control their fate. Hold them hostage, extort, or work them— They know the risks before they took the ferry to Guarma.
📆 Captivity Limits:
Players can be held for ransom or labor for up to 24 hours (OOC time).
Killed players (non-CK) are barred from the conflict zone for 24 hours.
Death Cooldown:
Must remain off the island for 24 hours post-death, if the death was a consequence of player vs player actions.
CK is the final consequence on Guarma. Factions with enough IC power may request a CK if a player grossly oversteps. CKs require admin approval, but the bar is lower due to Guarma’s hostile nature.
⚠️ By entering Guarma as a narco faction member, you accept that death is part of the story. Cocaine and its precursors are "End tier" commodities and attempting to influence or obtain market share within that trade is a affirmation that you agree to the Cocaine CK rules.
NOTE: Coca-Cola manufacturers are bound by the same rules. It is up to you to proceed carefully when sourcing your cocaine and to keep in the good graces of the those in control of that trade.
Any LEO who enters Guarma unlawfully waives appeal rights. They are subject to immediate and automatic CK approval if captured by local factions. Even endgame operations (e.g., "Operation Wildfire") require server leadership approval and are rarely allowed.
Guarma is not a playground—it’s a dangerous, immersive, evolving region. All actions must be driven by meaningful character motivations.
If you come here to shoot without purpose, you will be removed. A GUARMA BAN system is in place for violators.
Even in violence, respect the scene. The goal is not just to win, but to tell great stories. Rivalries. Power grabs. Tragedy. Diplomacy. Let Guarma be shaped by its people—not just its bullets.
Guarma is an island of tension, treasure, and transformation. It can make kings out of beggars—and corpses out of kings. Play smart. Play fair. And remember…
In Guarma, the jungle always watches. And she always takes back what is stolen.
All horses and carriages must be registered through the local stable or town registry. Ownership papers protect against theft and help verify rightful claims.
Horses require regular feeding (hay, apples, or grain), grooming, and rest. Neglect can lead to poor performance, injury, or even death. Stables offer full care services for a fee.
Carriages are used for transporting goods, passengers, or as mobile shops. Players must secure their wagons when parked to avoid theft or spooking. Overloading may cause breakdowns or slower travel.
Stolen horses or carriages can be reported to local lawmen. If recovered, they may require repair or medical attention. Branding your horse helps in quick identification.
Respect other riders’ space. Do not cut off wagons, spook horses with reckless gunfire, or block stable exits. Always roleplay the logistics of horse fatigue and maintenance.

You can click view interior to have a look inside the property before you buy it.
You can purchase it by hitting the "Buy property" button.
Note: Most properties will be empty. You can add your own furnishing to the interior, once it's yours. You cannot, however, change anything that is already there by default. You can only add on top.
You can pay outright for a home, or, alternatively, you can opt for a mortgage.
When buying a property, you have the choice to pay in installments, with interest. To select that option, select mortgage after selecting buy property in the menu.
You have three mortgage options. These are real life months. The options are the following:
1 month
2 months
3 months
Once you select one, you will get a screen to review your choices, and to confirm.
Payment is taken every 24 irl hours, and the sum is the one mentioned in the agreement. Once the period selected is done, you will own the house as you would had you paid outright for it.
To sell a property you bought outright, go to the door, open up the menu, and select "Manage property". Then, select sell property.
Note: The sale price will always be less than the amount paid for it initially.
If a property is mortgaged, you can still sell it and cancel the agreement. To do that, go to the entrance, and click cancel financing.
1.1 Realistic Roleplay: All roleplay interactions must be grounded in realism, reflecting the laws of the game world and real-life logic. Avoid actions that break immersion or disrupt the narrative.
1.2 Character Development: Players should focus on developing their characters through realistic interactions, personal growth, and engaging storylines that fit within the server's lore.
1.3 Staying In-Character: Players must remain in-character (IC) at all times during roleplay, keeping out-of-character (OOC) discussions to designated channels or forums.
1.4 Lore Consistency: Roleplay should align with the established lore of GTA Universe, respecting the server's setting, timeline, and events.
Unlike other communities, we DO allow you to think outside of the box. We do not gate keep you from expanding the diversity of roleplay within the server, however if such roleplay undoubtedly shifts the roleplay dynamic, then it will be reviewed by Management for approval.
We allow sense of "Freedom" with the Lore. We believe in letting our Lore create itself. Though, we ask that players be reasonable in their creation of new roleplay that may be difficult to interface with the "world" as we know it.
2.1 No Metagaming: Do not use OOC knowledge to influence IC actions or decisions. All information used in roleplay must be obtained through in-character means
2.2 No Powergaming: Avoid forcing actions on other players without their consent. This includes controlling another player’s character or creating situations that leave them with no choice.
3.1 No Random Deathmatching (RDM): All combat and violent interactions must have a valid roleplay reason. Randomly attacking or killing other players without justification is prohibited
3.2 Fear Roleplay (Fear RP): Characters must exhibit realistic fear responses in life-threatening situations. This includes valuing their life and making decisions that reflect self-preservation.
An example is charging players with firearms when you yourself do not possess a firearm. Claiming to be a mad man will not suffice.
4.1 Actions Have Consequences: Characters should be prepared to face the consequences of their actions. This includes legal repercussions, social fallout, and other in-character challenges.

7.1 Law Enforcement Conduct: Police officers and legal roles must adhere to realistic procedures, portraying law enforcement and legal systems accurately.
7.2 Corruption Roleplay: Corruption is allowed as a roleplay element but must be realistic and consensual. Players should be prepared for the potential consequences of corrupt actions.
7.3 Courtroom Roleplay: Legal proceedings should be conducted with realism and respect for the judicial process. Players should roleplay evidence presentation, questioning, and legal arguments thoroughly.
8.1 In-Character Communication: All in-character communication should occur through designated in-character channels. Avoid using OOC chat for in-character interactions.
8.2 Appropriate Language: While profanity is allowed, players should use language appropriate to their character and the roleplay context, avoiding excessive or targeted vulgarity.
9.1 Character Relationships: Develop character relationships organically, considering the social dynamics and potential impact on the server's narrative. You may "recall" past friends to begin your roleplay encounters, however you may not force a relationship based on OOC discussion.
9.2 Erotic Roleplay (ERP): ERP is allowed for players who have verified their age. It must be consensual and conducted in private settings, adhering to server guidelines and respecting all participants' comfort levels.
9.2.1 Forbidden forms of Erotic Roleplay

“They stole our land and left behind their bullets. Now they come back for our silver, our fruit, and our blood.” — General Octavio de Luna
The burning heart of the frontier. Forgotten by empires. Reclaimed by the brave.
Nueva Paraíso is not just a territory—it is a scar across the skin of history, a place where conquest and revolution dance beneath the desert sun. Once the proud frontier of Mexico, it has become a borderland of bitterness, rich with untapped resources and haunted by betrayal.
Fractured yet defiant, Nueva Paraíso remains a Mexican territory—technically sovereign, but fiercely contested. With the United States eyeing its minerals and the Mexican government struggling to hold influence, the region has become a tinderbox for local warlords, revolutionary leaders, and foreign profiteers.
This is a place where empires failed, but legends are born.
Nueva Paraíso’s terrain is harsh, but its soil hides treasures. Its economy is built upon both its agricultural resilience and its deep mineral wealth.
💰 American firms have begun courting local strongmen in hopes of mining rights, often with explosive consequences.
Pre-Colonial Era – Home to indigenous tribes with deep spiritual connections to the land. Their legacy remains in ruins, songs, and bloodlines.
Spanish Colonization – Became a military and missionary outpost. Rich in minerals, many communities were enslaved under La Corona’s rule.
Mexican Independence (1821) – Nueva Paraíso gained autonomy as part of a newly freed Mexico, yet remained militarized and chaotic.
Border Friction – Though Nueva Paraíso is part of Mexico, the U.S. maintains a looming presence, often crossing boundaries for commercial or military operations.
Local Rebellions – The region is divided between Mexican loyalists, local caudillos, and criminal syndicates. Some fight for sovereignty, others for control.
Cultural Resilience – Despite outside interference, Mexican culture thrives—in language, dress, food, and community. The people endure.
Nueva Paraíso is part of Mexico, but the reach of its central government is shallow. Instead, power is localized, brutal, and ever-shifting.
The Federal Garrison (Ejército de México) Attempting to maintain order. Often underpaid, under-equipped, and corrupt. Their presence is strongest in Escalera and military zones.
Regional Caudillos (Warlords) Former revolutionaries, landowners, or smugglers who control towns and countryside through armed loyalty.
Revolutionary Militias Claiming to fight for the people of Nueva Paraíso. Their goals range from land reform to full secession from the Mexican state.
🧨 Expect power struggles, rigged elections, and betrayals in the night.
Rise from the dust to rally the campesinos and liberate the land from foreign and domestic tyranny.
Fight to restore Mexican control in a land sliding toward chaos—by bullet or bribe.
Negotiate mining deals, bribe warlords, or sell weapons across the border. Always have an exit plan.
Control the flow of mezcal. Protect your farms from bandits—or hire your own.
Use your knowledge of canyons and backroads to move contraband, raid mining caravans, or carve out your own dominion.
Nueva Paraíso is Mexican territory. It is not part of the U.S. and cannot be policed by U.S. law enforcement unless authorized through a joint treaty or Senate order.
Mexican factions govern locally. Players in Nueva Paraíso must respect that rule of law is decentralized and enforced by whoever holds power in that region.
U.S. Military or LEO characters found operating without permission may be subject to detainment, trial, or CK, depending on IC circumstances.
Nueva Paraíso is a crucible of struggle and sovereignty—a place where Mexico’s heart still beats, even as vultures circle above. It is not a territory to be tamed; it is a land that tames you.
Whether you choose to be a freedom fighter, a silver-toothed smuggler, or a foreign devil in a white suit—remember:
The land does not forget. And neither do its people.
1.1.1 Roleplay Context: All scams must occur within a strong, immersive roleplay context. Scams should serve character development and storyline, not just personal financial gain.
1.1.2 Realism Required: Scams must be believable and appropriate for the setting. Overly elaborate, immersion-breaking scams will be voided.
1.1.3 OOC Communication (Optional but Encouraged): While not mandatory, it’s encouraged to OOCly check in before executing scams that could have major impact. For high-stakes or large-scale scams, consult server management (Banjo, Crusaya, Blink) ahead of time for feedback.
1.2.1 Weekly Limit: You may execute only one scam per week, regardless of outcome or amount obtained.
1.2.2 Value Cap: $200 is the maximum value (cash or item equivalent) that can be stolen in any one scam. Even if you successfully scam for less than $200, your one-week cooldown still applies.
1.2.3 Shared Cooldown: If multiple players collaborate on a scam, every participant is placed on cooldown. Don’t try to rotate players to bypass this – we log everything and link connections. If caught manipulating cooldowns, expect asset seizures worth 3x the scam and a 2-day ban minimum.
1.2.4 Cooldown Enforcement: It is your responsibility to track your own scam cooldown. If you are found even 1 minute too early, staff will treat it as a rule break. Excuses won’t matter.
1.3.1 Time-Based Protection: You may not scam any player with less than 10 hours of playtime or who is within their first 7 days on the server.
1.3.2 Pattern Detection: Even if you claim you "didn't know" someone was new, if our logs show a pattern of you targeting newer players, you will be punished retroactively.
1.3.3 Hour Check Command: A /checkhours [ID] command is being implemented to allow real-time verification of player age before you proceed.
1.4.1 No OOC Manipulation: Using real-world influence or meta-knowledge is forbidden.
1.4.2 No Exploits or Bugs: Any scam that relies on unintended mechanics is an instant permaban.
1.4.3 No Property Scams: You may not scam houses, vehicles, or land under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized.
1.4.4 No Irreplaceable Losses: If a scam causes the loss of rare or limited assets, you must have pre-approval from server management.
1.5.1 How to Report: Use the forums to submit scams for review with chat logs, screenshots, or video evidence.
1.5.2 Restitution: Staff may return scammed assets if the scam violated server rules or lacked proper RP depth.
In order to rob a player, you must first tie them up (Lasson). Upon tying them up, you will need to Press G to "ROB PLAYER". The script will automatically detect if you have a robbery token. If you do have a robbery token, then you will be able to view the players inventory.
When you use a token to "Rob" a player, you will notice that a 10 minute timer will be activated. This will allow you to rob others players if you happen to, for example, have 3 players in a stage coach that you are trying to rob.
Only ONE player can act as the bag man and execute the taking of items and money. For a second player to assist, they would have to utilize a robbery token. This is purposely done to add longevity to robbery scenerios!
Robbery Tokens are granted upon "Robbery Permissions" application.
2.2 Robbery Permission requirements
Must be in an "Posted" Posse. Posses require 3+ players to be eligible for Robbery Permissions.
Posse must have a minimum of 1 week activity before robbery permissions will be granted.
Permissions are granted to the "Leader" of the posse, so such a group must designate one of their members as the "Leader".
Leaders may provide members with robbery tokens by utilizing the /giverobtoken command
Tokens are consumed upon use. Attempting to rob someone without a token will result in a voided robbery and punishment.
If you try to force a player to give you items or money - circumventing the robbery system - you will be banned for 1 day. The next ban will be permanent.
SUNDOWN ROBBERY
We utilize a 3 hours day, 1 hour night system. During the 1 hour of night, Robberies are permitted by anyone and WILL NOT require a token or the standard robbery permissions. Night time should be treated as a dangerous time to travel between towns. IF you do not want to be robbed and are unable to defend yourself from highwaymen at night - Then it's simple.. Go to a town and wait out the night.
2.2.1 Roleplay Context Required: While the granted robbery permissions typically ensure that players with said permission have a valid roleplay reason to be committing theft - it is important to note that we except your story to be immersive and more than "Hey, look at that guy, lets rob him".
Randomness is not a break in the rules, however we will give preferential treatment to those who are spending time and effort to plan robberies, etc. - when it comes to facilitating growth.
2.2.2 Realism: Characters must not pull off robberies that defy logic, resources, or physical limitations.
2.2.3 Victim Interaction: Victims are expected to stay IC at all times. If you feel rules have been broken, report them. However, a report does not mean you can stall or prolong the roleplay - especially by acting in defiance OOC'ly.
ITS JUST A ROBBERY. ITS A GAME. ITS THE WILDWEST. Relax, and roleplay along.
2.3.1 Value Cap: Robberies are capped at $25 per person (This is done via script limitations of the robbery system) .
There are certain blacklisted items that cannot be taken during the robbery. The script will let you know.
Limit of 1 firearm can be taken from each player. The script will automatically disallow beyond this limit.
Limit of 6 items can be taken from each player. The script will automatically disallow beyond this limit.
2.3.2 Token Cooldown: You may utilize tokens as fast as you'd like. If you want to utilize all 5 (Per posse) in a single day. Then you are permitted. Once tokens have been used for the week, you will have to wait for them to be replenished. This is non-negotiable and no admin shall grant you extra tokens. It is heavily monitored by Senior Management!
2.4.1 Combat Logging: Logging to avoid consequences is a serious offense.
2.4.2 OOC Threats or Meta: Using OOC info to target someone will result in bans.
2.4.3 Exploiting Mechanics: Using game bugs to aid a robbery = instant ban.
2.4.4 YOU MAY NOT ROB ANYONE INSIDE OF CITY LIMITS (DESIGNATED AS SAFE ZONE)
2.5.1 Fear RP Applies: Victims must show fear; robbers must not act like superheroes.
2.5.2 No Torture: Keep violence immersive and relevant. Gratuitous violence with no RP purpose is not welcome.
2.5.3 Hostages: You may take hostages, but do it properly. Expect IC legal consequences if caught.
2.5.4 Fleeing: You MAY attempt to flee from a robbery, however the aggressing party MAY shoot to kill to prevent your escape, and potential reporting of their crimes. Your body CAN be robbed with a valid robbery token.
2.6.1 No Breaking RP for Reports: Do not stop a robbery because you think it’s a rule break. Roleplay it out and report it after. Stalling RP will result in punishment for both parties.
2.6.2 Staff Review: Submit reports via the forums. Staff will review and, if needed, reverse or punish rule-breaking robberies.
3.1 Law Enforcement: Expect heat. Robberies and scams bring long-term consequences from IC police or factions.
3.2 Retaliation: Victims can retaliate legally or criminally in-character. Let it evolve naturally.
Encourage Storytelling: Creative scams and robberies are welcome if they enhance RP.
Staff Oversight: Admins are here to guide, approve, and discipline.
Rules Evolve: These rules will adapt as gameplay evolves.

We use a rule of equal force. If you are capable of responding with equal force, then you may proceed. If you are not capable, then you must roleplay fear.
3.3 Consent for Major Actions: Obtain consent from involved parties for significant actions, such as torture, permanent character harm, or other impactful events
Torture shall not exceed flesh wounds in an act to entice a reaction or information. Roleplaying, for instance, the removal of limbs shall not be permitted unless it is of written mutual agreement between all parties.
SHOULD a party consent, all participating players shall need to consent to the roleplay or be asked to leave in an IC manner. Essentially, do not expose other players to horrific roleplay if they do not consent.
3.4 Conflict Resolution: Attempt to resolve conflicts through roleplay before resorting to violence. Use dialogue and negotiation to de-escalate tense situations.
Specifically, if you have decided to rob someone, you must utilize roleplay to coerce that person to commit. If they challenge you, you must make an established effort to refrain from using escalated violence to force the subject to commit or cooperate.
3.4 Baiting a reaction: Do not engage in a certain behavior for the sole purpose of enticing a reaction of another player.
In example: Do not flip a cop off, shout at them, and ultimately attempt to get them to interact with you for the purpose of then shooting them. Another example is the act of harassing gang members then calling the police on them or shooting at them when they react.
Certain instances do not require player consent, such as:
Willful disregard for one's life: In extreme instances, this will result in a CK after careful review. In lesser instances, your assets will be decreased by 75%. - An example is suicide by cop to avoid the consequences of a roleplay that has ESTABLISHED depth.
Conviction of the Death Penalty for a Capital Crime: A player who has been charged and successfully convicted of a Capital Crime shall be Character Killed by roleplay execution. Such trials are mandated to be a Jury trial, meaning random members of the community will ICLY rule on the fate of a player based on the evidence submitted.
CK's forced through staff: Those who are reported for lack of fear for their character's safety or life are subject to a CK at the conclusion of said report should staff believe their actions were not in line of fear roleplay rules.
All forms of rape including rape
Bestiality
Incest
Necrophilia
9.2.2 Escort/Sex Worker ads
Any form of advertisement for Escorts or similar roles is not authorized within advertisement channels or forums.
Your advertisements must be limited to word of mouth or within establishments such as strip clubs or "brothels" with recognized ERP activity.
The above mentioned forms of roleplay and the roleplay of any complaints, allegation or anything of that nature is strictly prohibited.
9.2.3 Strip Clubs and "Brothels" are restricted to players with age verification.
Age Verification is denoted on the players discord tag. To verify a players age, do not assume the discord they provide is theirs. It is your responsibility to ask an admin to confirm.
Any player caught circumventing age verification, in any shape or form, will receive a permanent ban.
9.3 Respect Boundaries: Respect other players' personal boundaries in all interactions. If a scenario becomes uncomfortable, players should communicate and adjust as needed. Should one party feel uncomfortable and revoke consent, said roleplay is to stop immediately. Failure to do so will result in a ban with no chance of appeal.
Should a player consent to a roleplay, and then retract from said roleplay.. That player must forefeit favorable outcome for that scenerio ICly.
Robbery Permissions grant 5 robbery tokens per week.
If you give a member a token, that will take from your total. At the end of every week, the number will increase to 5.
A group can have no more than 5 robbery tokens at a time (This is defined automatically by the script). You can use /checkrobtokens to view your characters tokens. This does not include tokens you have given to other players.
2.5.5 Fleeing into a town: A player may evade robbery and ride into town — It shall be known that if a player manages to evade their would-be robbers and enters the safe zone, the robbers SHALL NOT attempt to pursue into the town.
2.5.6 Fleeing on horse: If a player is already mounted, they shall not be forced to stop if they are on horseback. However, if a player is not on their horse, they may not run, jump on their horse, and then try to escape. Doing so will be a violation of RP FEAR.
A player already mounted shall not be forced to stop, and fleeing while already on horse is deemed not a violation of RP fear. Robbing someone should not be easy and it is up to you to use your lasso to subdue the player to prevent escape!
ONCE AGAIN - IF YOU ARE NOT MOUNTED - YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL YOUR HORSE AND THEN MOUNT IT AND TRY TO ESCAPE IF YOU ARE AT GUNPOINT! WE HAVE DETAILED LOGS THAT TRACK GUN PLAY AND MOUNTING!

Need your trusty steed by your side? Simply press H on your keyboard to whistle for your horse. If your horse is nearby and safe, it will come trotting or galloping to you.
You’re outside or in an area with enough space.
Your horse is not injured, stolen, or stabled elsewhere.
You wait a moment—it takes time for your horse to reach you if it’s far.
If your horse doesn’t respond, check your surroundings or visit the nearest stable for assistance.
Parking Your Horse at a Hitching Post
To keep your horse safe and roleplay-friendly, always park it next to a horse hitch when stopping in towns or camps. This shows good manners, prevents wandering, and avoids blocking roads or doorways.
Simply ride or lead your horse up to a designated hitching post and let it idle nearby. Most horses will naturally stay put—but tying it (if the script allows) adds realism and prevents unwanted movement.
Keeps streets and businesses clear.
Reduces confusion or accidents with other players’ horses.
Adds immersion and respect to your roleplay environment.
Need your wagon or carriage brought to you? Simply type /callcart in chat to summon your last-used cart or wagon.
Your carriage will spawn nearby if it’s not damaged or stored.
Make sure you’re in an open area with enough space.

These simple keys help keep your carriage interactions immersive, organized, and efficient.
Before you cycle to the next page.. Its probably best that you take the time to read the server rules once. Failing to do so will not be an excuse should you fail to adhere to them.
1.1 This is a mature server, for people who are 18+. Minors are not allowed on the server, without exception.
1.2 No child characters. Characters who are younger than 18 years of age are not allowed.
2.1 OOC Discrimination: Racism, homophobia, sexism, and any other form of discrimination are strictly prohibited. This includes any offensive language, behavior, or consistent content that targets individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. While we fully expect an occasional meme or jokes that toe the line — If you become notorious for this behavior, you will be removed. Once again, this is a Mature Server, it being a "game" or the "internet" does not give you rights or conditions beyond what we think is appropriote.
Our goal is not to create or support a toxic experience, which has led to woes of the past. Our goal is to create a roleplay experience that is fun and inviting for everyone, free from trolling and toxic behavior within our discord or other services.
Our stance reflects the Terms of Service as proposed by CFX/FIVEM, who subsequently adheres to Rockstar Policies. The base Policy is explicitly clear and posted below. We will adhere to every letter responsibly.
IN CHARACTER : Character stories may involve seditious acts, racism and prejudice, and development of groups that support these ideologies. However, be FOREWARNED that the current government follows actual historical action of the time — While we will not tell you how to carry out this roleplay, we will say that openly presenting yourself as a candidate for sedition will almost always end in investigation, trial, and hanging (CK). Any groups labeled seditious are deemed Terror Organizations - Per real life history!
Genre Cooldowns: If your character is charged, found guilty, and swings at the gallows for acts of Sedition (CK); You will be placed on a 45 day cooldown from that genre.
Our Govenor is Cyrus Bell, who is the RDRP version of Oscar Dunn, the Black Governor of Louisiana (Who was preceded by another black governor) within a decade prior to the era we are depicting!
Sedition, or organized support of Confederate beliefs and values - such as intimidation or hate fueled acts (verbal or non verbal) against Migrants, African Americans, etc. - May end with you swinging from the gallows. As it would have in this time.
3.1 No Metagaming: Using out-of-character information to influence in-character actions is prohibited. Players must maintain the integrity of their characters and respect the boundaries between IC (In-Character) and OOC (Out-Of-Character).
3.2 No Powergaming: Forcing actions on other players or creating unrealistic scenarios that undermine roleplay is forbidden. Players should strive for realistic and consensual interactions.
Should you face a losing situation, you are to simply take the "L".
3.5 Roleplay Fear Realistically: Characters must exhibit appropriate fear responses to dangerous situations. Unrealistic bravado or disregard for life-threatening scenarios is considered failure to roleplay fear.
Force vs Force Theory: If you are being robbed at gunpoint by a single person and you also have a gun in your holster; You MAY attempt to reach for that gun and defend your property. However, if you are being robbed at gunpoint and DO NOT have a firearm, yet proceed to beat the attacker, you have unrealistically roleplayed fear.
Force vs Force requires equal or greater response from one player/group to the other. The variables are threats, weapons, and escape.
4.1 Appropriate Language and Content: Profanity is permitted as long as it is used within roleplay contexts and not directed at others in a harmful way. Excessive vulgarity or targeted abuse remains prohibited.
Discord: Discord is the first destination of new players. If we see what we see "elsewhere" - You will simply be removed from discord and the game until appeal.
We do not want a player joining and saying "Wow, this is a troll fest".
4.2 No Exploiting or Cheating: Exploiting game bugs, using cheats, or unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage is banned. Players are expected to report any bugs or exploits to the server.
4.3 No Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or staff member is not permitted. All players must use their own identities and respect the identities of others.
4.4 No Spamming: Spamming chat channels, forums, or other communication platforms is prohibited. This includes repeated messages, advertisements, or disruptive content.
5.1 Appropriate Character Names: Character names must be realistic and appropriate for the roleplay setting. Offensive, troll-like, or immersion-breaking names are not allowed.
5.2 Erotic Roleplay (ERP): ERP must be consensual, and players must use designated private channels or areas to ensure comfort for all participants.
See ERP guidelines at the bottom of this ruleset.
6.1 Follow Staff Instructions: Players must adhere to instructions and decisions made by server staff and admins. Disputes should be resolved through appropriate channels, not through in-game confrontations.
6.2 Report Rule Breakers: Players have a responsibility to report rule violations or disruptive behavior to server staff. All reports should be made respectfully and with sufficient evidence.
Let us be clear. You have a DUTY to report rule breaking. If your friend is exploiting, or commits blatant RDM, and you are in effect with them. You MUST report it or else you will be penalized up to the same punishment they receive.
7.1 Follow Legal Procedures: Players involved in law enforcement or legal roles must adhere to realistic procedures and guidelines as outlined by the server rules.
7.2 Corruption: Corruption is allowed by any player, at any time. However, players whose corruption is uncovered and leads to subsequent investigation and conviction will face a government faction cooldown of 45 days on ALL characters.
Corruption must be executed with depth and realism. Players should be prepared for in-character consequences if their actions are discovered.
8.1 Fair Trading Practices: Scamming and fraud are allowed within the context of roleplay but must adhere to server-defined limits. Scams should be realistic, consensual, and not exploit game mechanics unfairly. Players engaging in scams should be prepared for in-game consequences and retaliations.
8.2 No Currency Exploits: Exploiting economic systems, duplicating currency, or manipulating markets in unrealistic ways is forbidden and will result in a ban.
8.3 Business Operations: All businesses must operate within the guidelines established by the server, including adhering to roleplay rules established via memorandums by Property & Land Management or corresponding admin groups.

9.2 Our Duty to Report: Should an individual be involved in a forbidden erotic roleplay scenario or out of character predatory conduct, all offending parties involved will receive a permanent ban with no chance of appeal what so ever. Ownership of the server will also follow all US reporting requirements to our local authorities as well as the origin of the player.
9.4 Forbidden acts: Non-consensual Erotic Role Play, or anything mentioning, or pertaining to necrophilia, bestiality, or any other illegal sexual acts is strictly prohibited.
The Property Management team oversees the acquisition, maintenance, and regulation of all in-game properties, including houses, apartments, businesses, and other related assets. This document outlines the rules, guidelines, and procedures to ensure fair and immersive role play experiences for all players.
These guidelines apply to all Property Management team members, property owners, and players interacting with properties within the server. They cover purchasing, selling, managing, and interacting with various property types.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Players must meet certain in-game criteria (e.g., financial and social standing) to purchase specific properties. Requirements will be detailed in individual property sections.
AVAILABILITY: These are done via requests and will be set up as they come in. Once purchased, they are marked as owned and unavailable to others until sold.
DISPUTES: Any disputes regarding property ownership, transactions, or usage should be directed to the Property Management team for mediation.
APPEALS: Players may appeal decisions by submitting a formal request, detailing their case for review.
PROHIBITED USERS: Players engaged in exploits, violations of server rules, or those under investigation may become ineligible to own properties.
In order to maintain a fair, balanced, and immersive server environment, players who own assets (such as properties, businesses, ranches, farms, or MLO homes) are required to maintain a minimum level of in-game activity.
Activity Requirements:
A minimum of 6 hours of in-game activity per week for any character that owns an asset.
Business owners must actively operate or roleplay around their business at least twice per week.
Ranch/Farm owners are expected to host or participate in at least 1 public RP event per month.
((All these amounts to be discussed))
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the automatic repossession of the player’s assets by the server.
To keep the world alive and prevent abandoned properties from cluttering the map:
After 7 days of inactivity:
A staff-issued warning will be sent to the player.
After 14 consecutive days of inactivity (without an approved Leave of Absence):
All assets tied to that player (properties, businesses, ranches, farms, and MLO homes) will be automatically reclaimed by the server.
Important Notes:
Reclaimed assets are not refunded.
If a player plans to be absent, an official Leave of Absence (LOA) request must be submitted to staff for temporary asset protection.
Players can use the Blueprint System to build homesteads, shacks, cabins, or houses anywhere in the world, creating personalized homes and RP hubs.
Requirements:
A blueprint item obtained through the Permit Office in St. Dennis
Approved location if building near towns or restricted areas.
Any unauthorized buildings placed in these areas will be removed by staff immediately without warning or refund.
Within Town Limits:
No player-built homes within the defined borders of any town or settlement without written approval from the mayor or township authorities.
This includes saloons, ranches, cabins, or any other player-placed structure.
Blocking Travel or Landmarks:
Failure to follow these rules will result in:
Immediate removal of the structure by staff.
Warnings or potential loss of building privileges for repeat offenders.
Businesses contribute to the economy and immersive roleplay in the server. Business ownership comes with responsibilities and RP expectations.
Types of Businesses Allowed:
Those aligned with the town script (saloon, general store, tailor, barber, etc.)
RP-centric businesses (stables, stagecoach services, banks, etc.)
Application Process:
Once the township has formed enough for the business and is capable of supporting it, the following has to be submitted to Property Management so we can set up the script support for you. This application must be submitted, detailing:
Character name
Type of business
Location
Operation Requirements:
Must be active at least twice per week.
Maintain lore-friendly, immersive RP.
Participate in town or community events when possible.
Ranches, houses and farmsteads serve as player-owned homesteads, livestock operations, and rural RP hubs. This is for the farms/rural homesteads already on the map.
Application Process:
Formal request including:
Character name
Location
Property name (if applicable)
Operation Requirements:
One public RP event or community function per month.
Maintain active RP presence around the ranch or farm.
Limitations:
One ranch/farm per character.
Houses and apartments that have no MLO’s (interiors in the main dimension) will require an application with property management for set up. To apply, you will need to simply send the following application:
Application Process:
Formal request including:
Character name
Location
Property name (if applicable)
To ensure fair distribution and prevent monopolies:
One house per character
One shack per character
One business per character
One ranch/farm per character
Players found bypassing this through alt characters without staff approval may have assets revoked.
Robbing and breaking into player-owned properties is a high-risk, high-reward RP scenario and must be done with oversight to protect fair play and maintain immersion.
Key Rules:
All property robberies, break-ins (B&E), and home invasions must be admin-supervised.
You must submit a /report for approval before proceeding.
An admin must be present to oversee, moderate, and log the event.
You must have valid in-character reasoning.
Allowed (With Admin Supervision):
A gang breaks into a rival’s moonshine shack after catching wind of hidden cash.
A bounty hunter enters a fugitive’s known hideout with RP justification and staff oversight.
A player stalks a crooked sheriff’s ranch house to steal incriminating documents tied to ongoing RP.
Not Allowed:
Randomly breaking into properties just for loot or because no one is around.
Destroying or griefing a player’s property without RP motive.
Attempting to rob or invade properties without contacting an admin first.
Breaking into government buildings or active businesses without an event or owner’s involvement.
These assets will then be either returned to the available pool, auctioned off, or repurposed for active players.
No buildings placed on or obstructing roads, paths, rivers, or major map landmarks.
This includes bridges, trail crossings, or historical points of interest.
Immersion-breaking or Glitched Builds:
No floating, sunken, severely glitched, or immersion-breaking builds.
No placing structures that clip through terrain in unrealistic or disruptive ways.
No using the blueprint system to stack items or build towers or non-Western era structures.
Roleplay plan and services offered
Intended use and RP plans
Robbing random properties for loot without RP context or motive is prohibited.
Examples of valid reasons: revenge, bounty leads, gang rivalries, suspected contraband.
Do not grief or destroy unnecessarily.
No excessive destruction of property items, immersion-breaking actions, or harassment.
Looting rules will be controlled by the supervising admin.
The admin will dictate what is accessible, what can be taken, and how the RP is handled.
Stashes of major contraband (excessive weapons, illegal money, etc.) can be seized with admin confirmation.
Certain locations may be off-limits unless part of a pre-approved event or war RP:
Government buildings, businesses without the owner's IC presence, or safehouses marked as admin-restricted.
Maximum of 4 players can participate in a B&E at a time.
Large-scale home invasions require event approval.
Cooldown:
You cannot rob the same property more than once every 14 days.
Perma-kill (PK) or character death scenarios inside properties must also be admin-supervised.
2.2 No Harassment or Bullying: Harassment, bullying, and any form of personal attacks against other players are not tolerated. This includes threatening, stalking, or any behavior intended to intimidate or harm others.
While this rule has an OOC form at heart, please do not utilize IC harassment or bullying to effectuate your OOC motives. You will be punished.
This rule applies across all platforms (Discord, Direct Messages, In-Game, Forums, etc.). If you are a member of this community speaking to another member of this community, this rule applies.
2.3 No Hate Speech: Hate speech, including the promotion of hate groups, ideologies, or any content that incites violence or hatred, is not authorized, and will result in a ban of the players associated. Hate speech is defined as such: "public speech that expresses hate or encourages violence towards a person or group based on something such as race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation"
What is not allowed is the textualization of speech that would infringe upon Rockstar Code of Conduct terms of service that we agreed to for this project.
It is very important to note that Roleplaying a "Hate" group should not exceed what has been portrayed in the base game. This means DO NOT take it to an extreme.
Here is a great video to help those understand the state of unified groups, such as the KKK, in this time period:
Please refrain from over using hate terms in the game. Instead, choose to recreate these terms to depict what your motive or statement is in an original form, without being obnoxious. This falls under OOC respect. While you can choose what over usage means, you may risk being an easy target for the government and have an extended cooldown or permanent genre ban if the server as a whole deems you to be obnoxious.
2.4 Respect for All Players: Treat all players with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background, skill level, or role within the community.
3.4 No Combat/Roleplay Logging: Disconnecting from the server to avoid roleplay consequences, such as arrest, combat, robbery, or ANY other reason, is strictly prohibited. This will result in favorable outcome for the parties involved and a 1 day ban.
Any Court cases or charges that would have resulted as an outcome to a situation will be settled with maximum penalties. This means that you will automatically plead GUILTY and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law should an admin verify that you manually quit the game. We have backend detection of keypress/sequence and quit type that verify combat logging -- Don't try to be slick and claim you crashed. It wont work
If you are being robbed, ALL items, whitelist or not, will be given to the players that were attempting to rob you before you combat/roleplay logged.
IF you have to leave in the middle of an RP for IRL reasons - You are to forfeit your "odds" and close out the roleplay in favor of the party you are interacting with. --- This means that if you are being robbed and you all of a sudden have to go, you will politely notify the robbing party OOCLY and quickly comply with all requests (As long as they align with the robbery rules) to expedite the scenario.
In order to respond to 2 players who are attempting to rob you at gun point, you must have 2 players both with guns. If you are alone facing two gunmen, you may not respond by retrieving your firearm even if you have a firearm on your person.
If a gunman walks up to you while you are on horseback or in a wagon and demands you get off said horse/wagon, you MAY attempt ride away.
If a gunman walks up to you and you are not on your horse or wagon, you may not get on the wagon or horse and then attempt to ride away.
If you are being robbed and you see law enforcement, or even citizens nearby, you MAY scream for assistance as a natural fight or flight response to additional witnesses. This is a natural survival instinct and is a reaction seen often in victims.
3.5.1 Background Irrelevancy: If you have roleplayed as a retired Seal Team 6 member with extensive hand to hand combat training, this is irrelevant to the ruleset. You shall roleplay fear if you cannot equally match the force of the "acting" party per the Force v Force ruleset. Your STORY has no bearing on this ruleset.
3.6 ROLEPLAY FIRST: Should there be a situation where you believe someone has broken the rules during a roleplay scenario, you are to CONTINUE the roleplay unless that roleplay involves use of exploits, hacking, or serious violations of OOC rulesets (Such as sexual acts, mutilation, etc)
I.E. If a player shoots you and you believe it was RDM, you may report but you MUST continue to roleplay the scenario.
It is important to remember that just because you do not UNDERSTAND what is going on in a specific scenario, it does not mean that rules are being broken. However, if you feel a rule has been broken, then report and wait for an admin while YOU continue to follow the rules and further the roleplay.
Pausing or stalling roleplay will be investigated by log timestamping. If you were found to have stalled roleplay, you will be punished.
Mentioning other communities is permitted so long as you are not mentioning other communities in attempt to advertise or promote them.
We want to strive for a respectable server presence, meaning, please do not ridicule or talk down on other servers for any reason.
5.4 Respect Property and Boundaries: Do not enter private properties or restricted areas without proper roleplay justification or consent.
6.3 Participate in Events Respectfully: When participating in sanctioned server events, players should follow event-specific rules and conduct themselves respectfully towards others. Sanctioned events are events that are hosted by the staff or the Kamassa Society such as holiday events etc.
6.4 Feedback and Suggestions: Constructive feedback and suggestions are welcome but must be communicated respectfully through the designated channels.
It is the duty of the State to investigate and mitigate corruption. By eliminating server "protections" of LEA roleplayers (They must roleplay and be self-sufficient just like everyone else) we have given the players and legal system methods to combat corruption, potentially leading to the replacement of LEA Leadership.
Failure of LEA faction leadership to detour or dilligently pursue curroption may subject the leader to IC removal. No position except the governor of Kamassa shall be protected by OOC means for heightened IC reason.
Law enforcement are given broad powers and MAY abuse those powers - though they should be forewarned that the consequences may run deep, effecting their whole agencies.
7.3 Respect Judicial Outcomes: Players must respect the outcomes of court cases and legal proceedings within the roleplay environment. Meaning, the outcome of a trial should not incite OOC frustration. Play the cards you are delt and appeal or seek in character recourse as an outcome of such events.
Do NOT file a forum report because an outcome did not go your way unless you have verifiable proof of rule break. This goes for any class of roleplayer or entity.
