Before you cycle to the next page.. Its probably best that you take the time to read the server rules once. Failing to do so will not be an excuse should you fail to adhere to them.
1.1 This is a mature server, for people who are 18+. Minors are not allowed on the server, without exception.
1.2 No child characters. Characters who are younger than 18 years of age are not allowed.
2.1 OOC Discrimination: Racism, homophobia, sexism, and any other form of discrimination are strictly prohibited. This includes any offensive language, behavior, or consistent content that targets individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. While we fully expect an occasional meme or jokes that toe the line — If you become notorious for this behavior, you will be removed. Once again, this is a Mature Server, it being a "game" or the "internet" does not give you rights or conditions beyond what we think is appropriote.
Our goal is not to create or support a toxic experience, which has led to woes of the past. Our goal is to create a roleplay experience that is fun and inviting for everyone, free from trolling and toxic behavior within our discord or other services.
Our stance reflects the Terms of Service as proposed by CFX/FIVEM, who subsequently adheres to Rockstar Policies. The base Policy is explicitly clear and posted below. We will adhere to every letter responsibly.
IN CHARACTER : Character stories may involve seditious acts, racism and prejudice, and development of groups that support these ideologies. However, be FOREWARNED that the current government follows actual historical action of the time — While we will not tell you how to carry out this roleplay, we will say that openly presenting yourself as a candidate for sedition will almost always end in investigation, trial, and hanging (CK). Any groups labeled seditious are deemed Terror Organizations - Per real life history!
Genre Cooldowns: If your character is charged, found guilty, and swings at the gallows for acts of Sedition (CK); You will be placed on a 45 day cooldown from that genre.
Our Govenor is Cyrus Bell, who is the RDRP version of Oscar Dunn, the Black Governor of Louisiana (Who was preceded by another black governor) within a decade prior to the era we are depicting!
Sedition, or organized support of Confederate beliefs and values - such as intimidation or hate fueled acts (verbal or non verbal) against Migrants, African Americans, etc. - May end with you swinging from the gallows. As it would have in this time.
3.1 No Metagaming: Using out-of-character information to influence in-character actions is prohibited. Players must maintain the integrity of their characters and respect the boundaries between IC (In-Character) and OOC (Out-Of-Character).
3.2 No Powergaming: Forcing actions on other players or creating unrealistic scenarios that undermine roleplay is forbidden. Players should strive for realistic and consensual interactions.
Should you face a losing situation, you are to simply take the "L".
3.5 Roleplay Fear Realistically: Characters must exhibit appropriate fear responses to dangerous situations. Unrealistic bravado or disregard for life-threatening scenarios is considered failure to roleplay fear.
Force vs Force Theory: If you are being robbed at gunpoint by a single person and you also have a gun in your holster; You MAY attempt to reach for that gun and defend your property. However, if you are being robbed at gunpoint and DO NOT have a firearm, yet proceed to beat the attacker, you have unrealistically roleplayed fear.
Force vs Force requires equal or greater response from one player/group to the other. The variables are threats, weapons, and escape.
4.1 Appropriate Language and Content: Profanity is permitted as long as it is used within roleplay contexts and not directed at others in a harmful way. Excessive vulgarity or targeted abuse remains prohibited.
Discord: Discord is the first destination of new players. If we see what we see "elsewhere" - You will simply be removed from discord and the game until appeal.
We do not want a player joining and saying "Wow, this is a troll fest".
4.2 No Exploiting or Cheating: Exploiting game bugs, using cheats, or unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage is banned. Players are expected to report any bugs or exploits to the server.
4.3 No Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or staff member is not permitted. All players must use their own identities and respect the identities of others.
4.4 No Spamming: Spamming chat channels, forums, or other communication platforms is prohibited. This includes repeated messages, advertisements, or disruptive content.
5.1 Appropriate Character Names: Character names must be realistic and appropriate for the roleplay setting. Offensive, troll-like, or immersion-breaking names are not allowed.
5.2 Erotic Roleplay (ERP): ERP must be consensual, and players must use designated private channels or areas to ensure comfort for all participants.
See ERP guidelines at the bottom of this ruleset.
6.1 Follow Staff Instructions: Players must adhere to instructions and decisions made by server staff and admins. Disputes should be resolved through appropriate channels, not through in-game confrontations.
6.2 Report Rule Breakers: Players have a responsibility to report rule violations or disruptive behavior to server staff. All reports should be made respectfully and with sufficient evidence.
Let us be clear. You have a DUTY to report rule breaking. If your friend is exploiting, or commits blatant RDM, and you are in effect with them. You MUST report it or else you will be penalized up to the same punishment they receive.
7.1 Follow Legal Procedures: Players involved in law enforcement or legal roles must adhere to realistic procedures and guidelines as outlined by the server rules.
7.2 Corruption: Corruption is allowed by any player, at any time. However, players whose corruption is uncovered and leads to subsequent investigation and conviction will face a government faction cooldown of 45 days on ALL characters.
Corruption must be executed with depth and realism. Players should be prepared for in-character consequences if their actions are discovered.
8.1 Fair Trading Practices: Scamming and fraud are allowed within the context of roleplay but must adhere to server-defined limits. Scams should be realistic, consensual, and not exploit game mechanics unfairly. Players engaging in scams should be prepared for in-game consequences and retaliations.
8.2 No Currency Exploits: Exploiting economic systems, duplicating currency, or manipulating markets in unrealistic ways is forbidden and will result in a ban.
8.3 Business Operations: All businesses must operate within the guidelines established by the server, including adhering to roleplay rules established via memorandums by Property & Land Management or corresponding admin groups.
9.1 ERP Boundaries: All Erotic Role Play must be consensual and occur outside of public view to avoid discomfort for other players, or demonstration of sexual acts to players who have not consented. Players must respect boundaries and adhere to consent agreements at all times.
9.2 Our Duty to Report: Should an individual be involved in a forbidden erotic roleplay scenario or out of character predatory conduct, all offending parties involved will receive a permanent ban with no chance of appeal what so ever. Ownership of the server will also follow all US reporting requirements to our local authorities as well as the origin of the player.
9.4 Forbidden acts: Non-consensual Erotic Role Play, or anything mentioning, or pertaining to necrophilia, bestiality, or any other illegal sexual acts is strictly prohibited.
2.2 No Harassment or Bullying: Harassment, bullying, and any form of personal attacks against other players are not tolerated. This includes threatening, stalking, or any behavior intended to intimidate or harm others.
While this rule has an OOC form at heart, please do not utilize IC harassment or bullying to effectuate your OOC motives. You will be punished.
This rule applies across all platforms (Discord, Direct Messages, In-Game, Forums, etc.). If you are a member of this community speaking to another member of this community, this rule applies.
2.3 No Hate Speech: Hate speech, including the promotion of hate groups, ideologies, or any content that incites violence or hatred, is not authorized, and will result in a ban of the players associated. Hate speech is defined as such: "public speech that expresses hate or encourages violence towards a person or group based on something such as race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation"
What is not allowed is the textualization of speech that would infringe upon Rockstar Code of Conduct terms of service that we agreed to for this project.
It is very important to note that Roleplaying a "Hate" group should not exceed what has been portrayed in the base game. This means DO NOT take it to an extreme.
Here is a great video to help those understand the state of unified groups, such as the KKK, in this time period:
Please refrain from over using hate terms in the game. Instead, choose to recreate these terms to depict what your motive or statement is in an original form, without being obnoxious. This falls under OOC respect. While you can choose what over usage means, you may risk being an easy target for the government and have an extended cooldown or permanent genre ban if the server as a whole deems you to be obnoxious.
2.4 Respect for All Players: Treat all players with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background, skill level, or role within the community.
3.4 No Combat/Roleplay Logging: Disconnecting from the server to avoid roleplay consequences, such as arrest, combat, robbery, or ANY other reason, is strictly prohibited. This will result in favorable outcome for the parties involved and a 1 day ban.
Any Court cases or charges that would have resulted as an outcome to a situation will be settled with maximum penalties. This means that you will automatically plead GUILTY and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law should an admin verify that you manually quit the game. We have backend detection of keypress/sequence and quit type that verify combat logging -- Don't try to be slick and claim you crashed. It wont work
If you are being robbed, ALL items, whitelist or not, will be given to the players that were attempting to rob you before you combat/roleplay logged.
IF you have to leave in the middle of an RP for IRL reasons - You are to forfeit your "odds" and close out the roleplay in favor of the party you are interacting with. --- This means that if you are being robbed and you all of a sudden have to go, you will politely notify the robbing party OOCLY and quickly comply with all requests (As long as they align with the robbery rules) to expedite the scenario.
In order to respond to 2 players who are attempting to rob you at gun point, you must have 2 players both with guns. If you are alone facing two gunmen, you may not respond by retrieving your firearm even if you have a firearm on your person.
If a gunman walks up to you while you are on horseback or in a wagon and demands you get off said horse/wagon, you MAY attempt ride away.
If a gunman walks up to you and you are not on your horse or wagon, you may not get on the wagon or horse and then attempt to ride away.
If you are being robbed and you see law enforcement, or even citizens nearby, you MAY scream for assistance as a natural fight or flight response to additional witnesses. This is a natural survival instinct and is a reaction seen often in victims.
3.5.1 Background Irrelevancy: If you have roleplayed as a retired Seal Team 6 member with extensive hand to hand combat training, this is irrelevant to the ruleset. You shall roleplay fear if you cannot equally match the force of the "acting" party per the Force v Force ruleset. Your STORY has no bearing on this ruleset.
3.6 ROLEPLAY FIRST: Should there be a situation where you believe someone has broken the rules during a roleplay scenario, you are to CONTINUE the roleplay unless that roleplay involves use of exploits, hacking, or serious violations of OOC rulesets (Such as sexual acts, mutilation, etc)
I.E. If a player shoots you and you believe it was RDM, you may report but you MUST continue to roleplay the scenario.
It is important to remember that just because you do not UNDERSTAND what is going on in a specific scenario, it does not mean that rules are being broken. However, if you feel a rule has been broken, then report and wait for an admin while YOU continue to follow the rules and further the roleplay.
Pausing or stalling roleplay will be investigated by log timestamping. If you were found to have stalled roleplay, you will be punished.
Mentioning other communities is permitted so long as you are not mentioning other communities in attempt to advertise or promote them.
We want to strive for a respectable server presence, meaning, please do not ridicule or talk down on other servers for any reason.
5.4 Respect Property and Boundaries: Do not enter private properties or restricted areas without proper roleplay justification or consent.
6.3 Participate in Events Respectfully: When participating in sanctioned server events, players should follow event-specific rules and conduct themselves respectfully towards others. Sanctioned events are events that are hosted by the staff or the Kamassa Society such as holiday events etc.
6.4 Feedback and Suggestions: Constructive feedback and suggestions are welcome but must be communicated respectfully through the designated channels.
It is the duty of the State to investigate and mitigate corruption. By eliminating server "protections" of LEA roleplayers (They must roleplay and be self-sufficient just like everyone else) we have given the players and legal system methods to combat corruption, potentially leading to the replacement of LEA Leadership.
Failure of LEA faction leadership to detour or dilligently pursue curroption may subject the leader to IC removal. No position except the governor of Kamassa shall be protected by OOC means for heightened IC reason.
Law enforcement are given broad powers and MAY abuse those powers - though they should be forewarned that the consequences may run deep, effecting their whole agencies.
7.3 Respect Judicial Outcomes: Players must respect the outcomes of court cases and legal proceedings within the roleplay environment. Meaning, the outcome of a trial should not incite OOC frustration. Play the cards you are delt and appeal or seek in character recourse as an outcome of such events.
Do NOT file a forum report because an outcome did not go your way unless you have verifiable proof of rule break. This goes for any class of roleplayer or entity.

"Read them when you need them" -- Probably not a good idea.
It's highly suggested that every player take time to read the rules in their entirety. We except everyone to know and understand the rules surrounding before they step foot in game.
Take leverage of GitBooks AI feature to ask question about our rules!
In this section, we will dive into Server Rules, Faction and Group Rules, Roleplay Rules & Standards, Scam and Robbery Rules, as well as Admin and Staff rules!
Welcome to RDRP — where ambition, grit, and creativity fuel the frontier.
At RDRP, we empower players to create, grow, and lead immersive stories shaped by realism, effort, and organic roleplay. Every group, every faction, every legacy is earned through genuine involvement, not handed out through OOC favoritism or whitelists.
At RDRP, we believe roleplay should be driven by players, not controlled by administrators. You are the authors of your own stories — and our Faction Support System is here to help you bring those stories to life.
No gatekeeping. No favoritism. If you have a vision grounded in realism, we’ll support you in building it.
Whether you're forming an outlaw gang, merchant company, settler group, or law-abiding society, you don’t need permission—only passion, a little elbow grease, and a faction thread that tracks your members and showcases your progress!
The only requirement: You must create a faction thread and maintain an up-to-date list of your members’ Discord usernames.
Our lore is built around a unique, fictional American frontier — not tied to any real-world location. This means our territories, governments, and organizations are original in either their creation, or meaning, offering players unmatched creative freedom without needing to conform to real-life cities or historic restrictions.
While creativity is encouraged, it must be grounded in realism for 1899-esqe America. If your concept doesn’t quite fit, that’s okay — our team will work with you to adjust and align your vision with the server’s standards.
Your success won’t come from OOC connections or admin handouts. It will come from learning the systems, networking with other players, building alliances, and competing smartly.
Example: Rising to become the top outlaw gang will take time — mastering bootlegging, securing smuggling routes, gathering resources, and maneuvering through rival factions and law enforcement. No one hands you the crown. You take it through planning, politics, and persistence.
Example: Replicating the Pinkertons — Do not ask to be handed the heroic (yet controversial) title of a Pinkerton agency. Instead, build a team of private investigators and carry out the roleplay as if you were the founding team on day 1. You have free range to become a self proclaimed detective, however you will have to politic and earn your acknowledgement as a Pinkerton level group.
We have no patience for "admin clans" or OOC favoritism. Here, every group must compete, earn, and endure to thrive. We are not interested in your reasoning as to why you should be simply handed a concept in its mature state — We only see this as laziness and a tell-tell sign that you are not capable of producing that roleplay in its infancy.
Most of our senior leadership have built massive factions for over 2 decades - And the most notable ones did so organically. Trust, it is the most enjoyable way to do things, and makes things so much original!
Rome was not built over night - And it damn sure wasn't spawned in.
Players are free to start any faction, group, or business without prior approval, as long as the concept fits the American frontier and time period and they are "Introductionary".. You cannot start a law enforcement group, or an Oil Conglomerate on day one and expect us to provide you assets and money to do so. Everything must be obtained organically.
In essense.. EVERYONE starts their journey with the $200 in their pocket and BUILDS their concepts into viable and thriving functions of the server. We provide proper economic trees and progression to do that.
We’ll mentor those who struggle to ensure everyone has a fair shot at success.
All factions must be realistic for 1899 America. Far-fetched concepts (e.g., fantasy magic clans or sci-fi bounty hunters) won't be allowed. Obviously.
Factions must grow naturally by engaging in RDRP’s progression systems — businesses, illegal activities, trade networks, farming, product lines, resource gathering, etc. There are no shortcuts. Every advantage must be earned through real roleplay. We can facilitate ANY script addition or perks for a group/faction, however we expect you to show us why you earned it — Not write it in a whitelist application.
Success comes from using the systems we've created — not just roleplaying in isolation. Building weapons, distilling spirits, producing goods — all require parts from multiple systems and collaboration with the communities and towns at large.
No one person can do it all alone. The best factions will build networks and economies to rise to power.
Factions that grow powerful must expect IC consequences. If you build a criminal empire, law enforcement or rival factions will come after you.
Seizures: If you gain luxurious properties (like large ranches, steamships, etc.) through illegal means without properly laundering or hiding them, they may be seized during investigations.
Capital Punishment: If your group's first response to conflict is violence, be prepared for real consequences—including trials and executions.
We are a risk vs. reward server: You can make succeed easily through illegal schemes, but you can lose it all just as easily.
While our setting is unique, factions must respect the established lore and tone of the world — staying within the frontier theme of the late 19th century.
Admins do not pick winners and losers. Once again - We are an organic growth roleplay community. If you ever feel bias is affecting your faction, our open-door policy allows you to escalate concerns directly to @Banjo.
Conflict between factions is expected — but it must stay in-character. No OOC harassment, griefing, or toxicity.
Faction "wars" must be approved by management.
Before any war is authorized, factions must attempt diplomacy — splitting territory, negotiating trade deals, or otherwise resolving the dispute.
If diplomacy fails, a "War Review" can take place once the details and buildup has been reviewed by management, approving the initiatian of "war".
Both sides submit a list of three ranking members (starting with the leader/Boss).
Character Kills (CKs) are on the table for ranking members if killed during war.
Terms for ending the war must be documented and agreed upon before hostilities begin.
War Ends When:
Two out of three ranking members from a faction have been CK’d, OR
The Boss is CK’d
Both parties agree to peace terms.
PLEASE NOTE. If a war is Commenced, the "Boss/leaders" will NOT be permitted to use alts for the duration of the war. Doing so will result in a CK due to disease as punishment.
Losing factions may face sanctions — loss of key properties, trade rights, or status within the server - as outlined by the dynamic of each war and loss of territory.
At RDRP, we don’t hand out crowns. We give you the world—and the tools—to build your own kingdom, forge your own legend, and carve your own path through grit, roleplay, and immersion.
1.1.3 OOC Communication (Optional but Encouraged): While not mandatory, it’s encouraged to OOCly check in before executing scams that could have major impact. For high-stakes or large-scale scams, consult server management (Banjo, Crusaya, Blink) ahead of time for feedback.
1.2.1 Weekly Limit: You may execute only one scam per week, regardless of outcome or amount obtained.
1.2.2 Value Cap: $200 is the maximum value (cash or item equivalent) that can be stolen in any one scam. Even if you successfully scam for less than $200, your one-week cooldown still applies.
1.2.3 Shared Cooldown: If multiple players collaborate on a scam, every participant is placed on cooldown. Don’t try to rotate players to bypass this – we log everything and link connections. If caught manipulating cooldowns, expect asset seizures worth 3x the scam and a 2-day ban minimum.
1.2.4 Cooldown Enforcement: It is your responsibility to track your own scam cooldown. If you are found even 1 minute too early, staff will treat it as a rule break. Excuses won’t matter.
1.3.1 Time-Based Protection: You may not scam any player with less than 10 hours of playtime or who is within their first 7 days on the server.
1.3.2 Pattern Detection: Even if you claim you "didn't know" someone was new, if our logs show a pattern of you targeting newer players, you will be punished retroactively.
1.3.3 Hour Check Command: A /checkhours [ID] command is being implemented to allow real-time verification of player age before you proceed.
1.4.1 No OOC Manipulation: Using real-world influence or meta-knowledge is forbidden.
1.4.2 No Exploits or Bugs: Any scam that relies on unintended mechanics is an instant permaban.
1.4.3 No Property Scams: You may not scam houses, vehicles, or land under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized.
1.4.4 No Irreplaceable Losses: If a scam causes the loss of rare or limited assets, you must have pre-approval from server management.
1.5.1 How to Report: Use the forums to submit scams for review with chat logs, screenshots, or video evidence.
1.5.2 Restitution: Staff may return scammed assets if the scam violated server rules or lacked proper RP depth.
In order to rob a player, you must first tie them up (Lasson). Upon tying them up, you will need to Press G to "ROB PLAYER". The script will automatically detect if you have a robbery token. If you do have a robbery token, then you will be able to view the players inventory.
When you use a token to "Rob" a player, you will notice that a 10 minute timer will be activated. This will allow you to rob others players if you happen to, for example, have 3 players in a stage coach that you are trying to rob.
Only ONE player can act as the bag man and execute the taking of items and money. For a second player to assist, they would have to utilize a robbery token. This is purposely done to add longevity to robbery scenerios!
Robbery Tokens are granted upon "Robbery Permissions" application.
2.2 Robbery Permission requirements
Must be in an "Posted" Posse. Posses require 3+ players to be eligible for Robbery Permissions.
Posse must have a minimum of 1 week activity before robbery permissions will be granted.
Permissions are granted to the "Leader" of the posse, so such a group must designate one of their members as the "Leader".
Leaders may provide members with robbery tokens by utilizing the /giverobtoken command
Robbery Permissions grant 5 robbery tokens per week.
If you give a member a token, that will take from your total. At the end of every week, the number will increase to 5.
A group can have no more than 5 robbery tokens at a time (This is defined automatically by the script). You can use /checkrobtokens to view your characters tokens. This does not include tokens you have given to other players.
Tokens are consumed upon use. Attempting to rob someone without a token will result in a voided robbery and punishment.
If you try to force a player to give you items or money - circumventing the robbery system - you will be banned for 1 day. The next ban will be permanent.
SUNDOWN ROBBERY
We utilize a 3 hours day, 1 hour night system. During the 1 hour of night, Robberies are permitted by anyone and WILL NOT require a token or the standard robbery permissions. Night time should be treated as a dangerous time to travel between towns. IF you do not want to be robbed and are unable to defend yourself from highwaymen at night - Then it's simple.. Go to a town and wait out the night.
2.2.1 Roleplay Context Required: While the granted robbery permissions typically ensure that players with said permission have a valid roleplay reason to be committing theft - it is important to note that we except your story to be immersive and more than "Hey, look at that guy, lets rob him".
Randomness is not a break in the rules, however we will give preferential treatment to those who are spending time and effort to plan robberies, etc. - when it comes to facilitating growth.
2.2.2 Realism: Characters must not pull off robberies that defy logic, resources, or physical limitations.
2.2.3 Victim Interaction: Victims are expected to stay IC at all times. If you feel rules have been broken, report them. However, a report does not mean you can stall or prolong the roleplay - especially by acting in defiance OOC'ly.
ITS JUST A ROBBERY. ITS A GAME. ITS THE WILDWEST. Relax, and roleplay along.
2.3.1 Value Cap: Robberies are capped at $25 per person (This is done via script limitations of the robbery system) .
There are certain blacklisted items that cannot be taken during the robbery. The script will let you know.
Limit of 1 firearm can be taken from each player. The script will automatically disallow beyond this limit.
Limit of 6 items can be taken from each player. The script will automatically disallow beyond this limit.
2.3.2 Token Cooldown: You may utilize tokens as fast as you'd like. If you want to utilize all 5 (Per posse) in a single day. Then you are permitted. Once tokens have been used for the week, you will have to wait for them to be replenished. This is non-negotiable and no admin shall grant you extra tokens. It is heavily monitored by Senior Management!
2.4.1 Combat Logging: Logging to avoid consequences is a serious offense.
2.4.2 OOC Threats or Meta: Using OOC info to target someone will result in bans.
2.4.3 Exploiting Mechanics: Using game bugs to aid a robbery = instant ban.
2.4.4 YOU MAY NOT ROB ANYONE INSIDE OF CITY LIMITS (DESIGNATED AS SAFE ZONE)
2.5.1 Fear RP Applies: Victims must show fear; robbers must not act like superheroes.
2.5.2 No Torture: Keep violence immersive and relevant. Gratuitous violence with no RP purpose is not welcome.
2.5.3 Hostages: You may take hostages, but do it properly. Expect IC legal consequences if caught.
2.5.4 Fleeing: You MAY attempt to flee from a robbery, however the aggressing party MAY shoot to kill to prevent your escape, and potential reporting of their crimes. Your body CAN be robbed with a valid robbery token.
2.5.5 Fleeing into a town: A player may evade robbery and ride into town — It shall be known that if a player manages to evade their would-be robbers and enters the safe zone, the robbers SHALL NOT attempt to pursue into the town.
2.5.6 Fleeing on horse: If a player is already mounted, they shall not be forced to stop if they are on horseback. However, if a player is not on their horse, they may not run, jump on their horse, and then try to escape. Doing so will be a violation of RP FEAR.
A player already mounted shall not be forced to stop, and fleeing while already on horse is deemed not a violation of RP fear. Robbing someone should not be easy and it is up to you to use your lasso to subdue the player to prevent escape!
ONCE AGAIN - IF YOU ARE NOT MOUNTED - YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL YOUR HORSE AND THEN MOUNT IT AND TRY TO ESCAPE IF YOU ARE AT GUNPOINT! WE HAVE DETAILED LOGS THAT TRACK GUN PLAY AND MOUNTING!
2.6.1 No Breaking RP for Reports: Do not stop a robbery because you think it’s a rule break. Roleplay it out and report it after. Stalling RP will result in punishment for both parties.
2.6.2 Staff Review: Submit reports via the forums. Staff will review and, if needed, reverse or punish rule-breaking robberies.
3.1 Law Enforcement: Expect heat. Robberies and scams bring long-term consequences from IC police or factions.
3.2 Retaliation: Victims can retaliate legally or criminally in-character. Let it evolve naturally.
Encourage Storytelling: Creative scams and robberies are welcome if they enhance RP.
Staff Oversight: Admins are here to guide, approve, and discipline.
Rules Evolve: These rules will adapt as gameplay evolves.

1.3 Staying In-Character: Players must remain in-character (IC) at all times during roleplay, keeping out-of-character (OOC) discussions to designated channels or forums.
1.4 Lore Consistency: Roleplay should align with the established lore of GTA Universe, respecting the server's setting, timeline, and events.
Unlike other communities, we DO allow you to think outside of the box. We do not gate keep you from expanding the diversity of roleplay within the server, however if such roleplay undoubtedly shifts the roleplay dynamic, then it will be reviewed by Management for approval.
We allow sense of "Freedom" with the Lore. We believe in letting our Lore create itself. Though, we ask that players be reasonable in their creation of new roleplay that may be difficult to interface with the "world" as we know it.
2.1 No Metagaming: Do not use OOC knowledge to influence IC actions or decisions. All information used in roleplay must be obtained through in-character means
2.2 No Powergaming: Avoid forcing actions on other players without their consent. This includes controlling another player’s character or creating situations that leave them with no choice.
3.1 No Random Deathmatching (RDM): All combat and violent interactions must have a valid roleplay reason. Randomly attacking or killing other players without justification is prohibited
3.2 Fear Roleplay (Fear RP): Characters must exhibit realistic fear responses in life-threatening situations. This includes valuing their life and making decisions that reflect self-preservation.
An example is charging players with firearms when you yourself do not possess a firearm. Claiming to be a mad man will not suffice.
However, if you have a weapon and believe you are capable of reacting to a violent threat, you may do so, just as many have and will continue to do in the real world.
We use a rule of equal force. If you are capable of responding with equal force, then you may proceed. If you are not capable, then you must roleplay fear.
3.3 Consent for Major Actions: Obtain consent from involved parties for significant actions, such as torture, permanent character harm, or other impactful events
Torture shall not exceed flesh wounds in an act to entice a reaction or information. Roleplaying, for instance, the removal of limbs shall not be permitted unless it is of written mutual agreement between all parties.
SHOULD a party consent, all participating players shall need to consent to the roleplay or be asked to leave in an IC manner. Essentially, do not expose other players to horrific roleplay if they do not consent.
3.4 Conflict Resolution: Attempt to resolve conflicts through roleplay before resorting to violence. Use dialogue and negotiation to de-escalate tense situations.
Specifically, if you have decided to rob someone, you must utilize roleplay to coerce that person to commit. If they challenge you, you must make an established effort to refrain from using escalated violence to force the subject to commit or cooperate.
3.4 Baiting a reaction: Do not engage in a certain behavior for the sole purpose of enticing a reaction of another player.
In example: Do not flip a cop off, shout at them, and ultimately attempt to get them to interact with you for the purpose of then shooting them. Another example is the act of harassing gang members then calling the police on them or shooting at them when they react.
4.1 Actions Have Consequences: Characters should be prepared to face the consequences of their actions. This includes legal repercussions, social fallout, and other in-character challenges.
4.2 No Combat Logging: Disconnecting from the server to avoid roleplay consequences, such as arrest or combat, is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Character Kills (CK): Permanent character death must be agreed upon by the player and involve a significant roleplay storyline. CKs should not be taken lightly and require approval from staff.
Certain instances do not require player consent, such as:
Willful disregard for one's life: In extreme instances, this will result in a CK after careful review. In lesser instances, your assets will be decreased by 75%. - An example is suicide by cop to avoid the consequences of a roleplay that has ESTABLISHED depth.
Conviction of the Death Penalty for a Capital Crime: A player who has been charged and successfully convicted of a Capital Crime shall be Character Killed by roleplay execution. Such trials are mandated to be a Jury trial, meaning random members of the community will ICLY rule on the fate of a player based on the evidence submitted.
CK's forced through staff: Those who are reported for lack of fear for their character's safety or life are subject to a CK at the conclusion of said report should staff believe their actions were not in line of fear roleplay rules.
