Industry - Lumber

If the grind of the city isn’t that appealing to you then the call of the wilderness has got your back. For people who enjoy a more technical hands-on experience with a hazardous work environment. This job provides raw resources that can be used throughout the server from furnishings to consumables used for burning, remember this isn’t just a job it’s also part of the backbone for the economy. Step 1: Head to the Job Center

The first step to becoming a postal worker is to head to the job center. Once you're there, you'll need to select the "Lumber" job from the list of available jobs.

Step 2: Speak to the Man Outside the Lumber Mill

After selecting the Lumber job, you'll need to speak to the man outside the Lumber Mill using the ALT key "third eye." Follow the on-screen instructions to get into your truck.

Step 3: Cut down trees

In your mini map you’ll find plenty of little green icons showing locations for trees to cut down, and drive to a location. Now once you find a tree, approach it on foot and interact with it using your third eye to cut it down. Once it starts to fall you might want to take a few steps away so as not to get crushed. Step 4: Collect the Lumber

When the tree is felled it will break into a few different pieces. Approach your truck for the controller, press E to collect it and then find a position with a clear view of the truck and trees. Press E again to start operating the crane. When the crane is positioned properly the lumber will turn green click it then adjust the crane back over the truck til the icon turns green again then click. It will take a lot of finagling so be patient you will get the hang of it.

Step 5: Return to the Lumber Mill

When you've collected enough lumber or you've had enough, return to the Lumber Mill and press E to end your shift.
