Badges

Supervisors of law enforcement and other government factions can issue badges to their employees.

To create a badge locate the PED in your agencies offices and use the target menu (ALT) to interact with them, a menu will then pop up allowing you to it out and issue the badge. The player you are issuing too must be nearby.
